Know what you are joining.
Clear answers about the website, the demo and development support.
Is MusterOne live?
The public website, account dashboard and private inbox are available. The veteran platform is an interactive HTML demonstration with fictional content, not a production service.
Is this a charitable donation?
No. Development Account funding is crowdfunding support for building MusterOne. You can review the founding packages now. See the funding page for checkout availability and campaign terms.
Can I pay before creating an account?
Yes. You can contribute or buy a founding package before creating a MusterOne account. Save your receipt, then create an account for your dashboard, private inbox and applicable benefits once activated. Independent contributions do not require a package purchase and do not include package benefits.
What does an account provide?
A free website account provides a dashboard and a private conversation with the team. Active Development Accounts are intended to include access to the HTML demo. Package benefits and access periods are explained on the funding page and in the published campaign terms.
Are the people and businesses real?
People, posts, businesses, assistance requests and activity in the demo are fictional. Images illustrate the experience and are not proof of military service.
Will people be able to see my location?
The platform design requires an explicit location-sharing choice. The demo starts with sharing off and uses fictional city-level pins.
Can organizations identify someone through the insights?
That is outside the intended design. The demo uses separate fictional aggregate information with no member or case links. Production reporting will require privacy validation.
Is the VA integration approved?
No. The VA Benefits & Appeals API program is a preview with approval pending and live access disabled. No VA endorsement or approval is implied.
Where can I ask questions?
Create a website account and use the private message area. It keeps your product questions and the team’s replies in one place.
